Selective Laser Sintering

At Pronto Part Studio, we offer high end 3D printing services using the best EOS technology for selective laser sintered parts. Our technology allows for the production of complex and durable parts with accuracy and efficiency. A large build envelope of 340mm X 340mm X 600mm allows for large parts or large quantities of the same part.

We work with our clients to create customised designs that meet their specific needs. With years of experience we will ensure that your design is optimised for 3D printing, resulting in a final product that exceeds your expectations.

Range of Materials

Right now we offer two materials to choose from, PA2200- a nylon polymer and PA 3200 GF - a glass bead filled nylon. Each material has its own unique properties and benefits, and  will work with you to determine the best material for your project.

**Terms Relating to Pronto Part Studio 3D Printing Services**

It is the responsibility of the client to supply digital files in the correct format (STL). Please verify the format requirements with our technicians at Pronto Part Studio.

Upon confirmation of the quote for the part, the print job will be processed in the next available print run, contingent on material selection, build schedules meeting a minimum build volume, and avoiding build disruptions (such as printing errors).

Pronto Part Studio will make every effort to adhere to schedules, although clients should note that the turnaround time from request/confirmation of print jobs may range from 5-7 days. Clients are advised to consider this timeframe when requesting production items.

Applicable tolerances for SLS Standard Nylon 12 (PA2200) and Glass filled nylon (PA 3200 GF): +/- 0.2mm. Minimum Feature Size & Wall Thickness: 0.5mm standard.

Due to the thermal nature of the SLS process and the characteristics of plastics, large parts with flat surfaces are susceptible to warping and bowing. Pronto Part Studio cannot assume responsibility for part warping, particularly in large parts with flat surfaces.
